IIRC, the last original 4 pole HS pickup that was up on EBay maybe 5 years ago sold for 2K+.

As for the value of this bass, in the state as advertised, IMO would have no trouble fetching 9K.

I'd agree with Tony here. Possibly slightly more...

It could well be the only surviving example out there from this year, and surely is the most original.

Yes Andy. It's sooo friggin' rare that if it was put up on auction, who knows where

it would have ended. Heck, the 11K range doesn't sound crazy to me.

So Russ, is it gone?
