Well, MOST of Montana IS about 20 years behind the times, I mean it was only a few years ago that they closed the drive-thru bars!
But that's what you get when you live in the 4th largest state and it has the 44th largest population. Heck, there's a lot of cities with more than Montana's population of 1 million...
