Looks good, although IIRC, the molded bobbin replaced the resin flatwork bobbin in the mid '80s.
This I think was to have the High Gain and the Toaster share the same bobbin, the difference being the magnets and poles.

I thought Richard Smith referred to this as the "hybrid type" in his book.

I could be wrong....
Wouldn't be the first and it won't be the last time....

No reason to question why, this is a very interesting read!!! Everytime I think the whole story is out there, something else comes up to add more detail to the "rest of the story". (why do I suddenly feel all Paul Harvey?)
