After doing a little online sleuthing, it appears that what I've probably got is a set of 4445 strings rather than 4440's. There's a good description of the 4445 set in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=68&t=400317
Below is a link to an album containing some photos of the strings. I'm waiting for my luthier to send me a photo of the side of the box they came in to see if they are identified as 4445's.
