Interesting that RIC is not listed on the client page....

A few years back I was having a conversation with Chris at PotR at his shop. he asked me if I were interested in a water resistant guitar case, very much like a Pelican case. he told me if he could get 10 interested buyers he could order a run made to fit the 4000 series Rickenbacker basses. I told him I was on board for 2 and I "advertised" it for him over at Talk Bass. Several other interested partys joined in but when Chris tried to revisit the concept with SKB, they balked or never got back to him with firm conviction. I'd love to see a form fitted interior light weight case with ATA construction and made to survive a beating They make these cases for fender so why not RIC??

Maybe have a conversation with Pelican? Reverse design it around the dimensions of the interior padding of the standard case.

One thing to be aware of with G&G, they too are a very small, family owned company and so, it can take a while for them to get around to doing special orders. I have had them make a few custom cases for me and the work was top notch. The people are great to work with too, but as I said, don't expect to put in an order and get it in a week. Seems to me they took a couple of months, but I wasn't in a hurry and didn't really keep track.

As for why they don't list RIC as a client, I have no idea. But unless something's changed recently, I have it on good authority that they are indeed the ones making the RIC vintage cases...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I'm so patient I should be in a hospital. It took around two months to receive my Mooradian. Those guys also make a nice gig bag for electric basses and amps, etc. as well as double bass bags. Light but well padded.
