What's the bass with the single volume and tone knobs? Vintage surround? 1/2" Neck pickup spacing? Tail piece adjustable bridge?

Large headstock, small tuner bushings (like a C64), neck hi-gain, Hipshot tailpiece, vintage treble surround, vintage style guard (that looks home-made) - heavily modded V63 or Japan-spec 1999 RI?

Is NAMM still going on? I wasn't clear on whether the pics posted above were from this year's show...

I've been out of the loop. Is there anything of note coming out this year? I snapped up a 4003S without hesitating last year.

It was nice to see that leftys were well represented at this year's show.

Here's a photo of the prototype RIckenbacker showed at NAMM 2013 and one of Mike playing his at a Dirty Knobs gig.

I really like that guitar! The neck shape is fantastic! a little wider, shallower depth fretboard to back. Kind of Les Paul-y, IIRC.
