Our local pizza place, Sven & Ole's, has a pizza they call the "Uff-da zah".....it is a pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, onions, black olives and mushrooms. Some people think it is called "Uff-da" because of its effect on the digestive system, but really I think it has that name because that is what people say when they get the bill; a single large pizza is over 20 bucks these days!
