Lest anyone start riffing on Dane's excellent CAD work, any representations of Rick products that are not photographically based won't be approved by RIC.

Funny you should say that, Brian...that happens to be another of my personal mottos...

Well, since the deadline is almost here, I thought I’d give this thread one more bump.

Thanks, Dave!

Let us please see some submissions from our previously-active graphics people, so we can move on and get our calendars printed, and our RRF online store open again!

Ah, the calendars!

I just spent a couple of hours yesterday and today with the digital camera and a bunch of lovely guitars.... I hope to send a batch of pretty pictures your way in the next few days, Paul! Image

We should probably bump that topic, too...I have a few submissions, but not nearly enough to fill out 12 months + a cover, unless I use multiples from a few people.

On the + side, what I have gotten is superb!

Paul,
If you've still got my disc from last year, there are some great shots in it. I've only acquired 1 more Ric since then.

Bill, I do still have it. I'll give it another look.

OK, last go. A development of the previous postcard theme, with a mix of Ricks and a link to The Beatles, in a RickResource colour scheme.

It would be good to see another from Steven Fant, like most of us on here I really liked that work.

NICE WORK, MARK!

I'm getting enthusiastic again...Steven, please let's see one or two more!

Mark, how about a variation or two?

Everyone else, please let's give it one more shot...

Font, colour, or guitar changes Paul?

OK, I'll play art director...

Hope you saved the layers!

Fonts and drop shadows fine. I'd shift the shadows a bit more to the violet, though.

"The address to be written on this side" stands out a bit too much. I'd gray it out a touch more.

I'd make the guitar stamp about 20% larger and let three of its corners bleed off the banner slightly. (Lower left corner can remain in sight.) Keep the angle that it's at, though.
