Melissa told me it's 34 Fahrenheit up there in Moose Country. A day's worth of acclimatization should be OK. Works out to a degree per hour. If it were sub-zero, that would be a different story.

Aitch, that's kinda how I feel right now.... alternating with giddy happiness!

I am so glad we are having a mild winter....

Will have hubby take some pics of the sweet reunion tomorrow afternoon! Image

Ahhhhhhh..... We just took step 2 and removed the case from the box.... The guitar case is sitting out on the table in the family room (that's where it's going to get its welcome-home workout), looking sooooo enticing. However, by sheer willpower I will stay away from it until tomorrow afternoon, around 2pm.... I've been happily listening to the Beatles today at my workstation in anticipation....

Are you going to play it in church on Sunday Melissa? If you do, please have hubby take pics for us.

Absoulutely. Image

I'm hoping our bass player shows up, too. He's been out of town for a few weeks now--he plays a gorgeous JG 4001v63....

That will be really cool, especially if the bass player shows up as well.

I look forward to seeing pictures of your guitar being played by you Melissa. That will be a special treat.

Just purchased a 330/6 MB from Stan Castles. He's going to ship to Paul and I'll pick it up from him in August.

Either everyone got the pun Melissa, or, as we say over here in Australia "it went straight through to the wicket keeper" I thought it was well done!!

Oh I got it Ron, but I am absolutely sure he will be there.

Oh boy, I just noticed that I must have hit 1900 posts somewhere today. I must learn to pay more attention. LOL

Aitch, that's wonderful news! Image Looking forward to meeting you and Monty!

Just got back from practice, and our bass player was there.... it turned into an extended jam session for him and us two guitarists....we put together a great Third Day song, "All I Have to Give," to do as special music on Sunday morning--will be a FANTASTIC way to introduce my restored 330....

Let's see about 15 1/2 hours now....Counting down!!! Image

Hey, congrats, Brian!

Oh, by way of explanation, Brian asked me about playing in church and I said "Ab-soul-lutely"....But it really was a legitimate typo, honest! I noticed it just a split second before I hit the button to post from the preview screen....then it was too late!
