That one is SO wacky. Ebony fretboard, f-hole, gold toasters/bridge cover/strap buttons, and of course the SH pickguard!

Pretty nifty grain on the 350's fretboard; maybe I can enlist a decent photographer's help before the week is out & get some good photos posted.

I agree with jimk, Monty Brown should be a standard available color. Very classy. And John, that is one really beautiful guitar!

My gosh, those Monty Browns are works of art. Agree on wishing it was a standard color -- how did I ever miss this one? I think my favorite is Aitch's 330.

I never liked MB much before, but seeing these really makes a very good impression.
Put it down to the rather washed out look from the late 1970's catalog (sorry RIC), but I suppose it's not the easiest finish to capture.

I really like when the hint of red shows, like a Fender tobacco sunburst, but WAY better.
Plus five minus five!

Hmm... Nice 4003. I'm not so sure about the "revised" pickguard & headstock shape though...Image
A Rickenbacker bass is much like the Jaguar E car - perennially ultra-fashionable.

That 360 is a very early MB, nice.
Walnut ears are the business with MB - a match made in Rick heaven.

Wow Sheena,

Your friend has very good taste in guitars as well as in people!

Great grouping!
