Gary, Joey, Scott, Tom and all who posted pics of NAMM --- those are great pics.
Your efforts to document the show for everyone are much appreciated.... and your pics of the Ric booth and the new Ruby color are well done. Congrats to everyone at Ric company for this great new color and all the fantastic looking gutars and basses on display ! :D I had a great time at NAMM.

Sorry I didn't post any pictures ..... been contacting Lost and Found at Anaheim Convention Center as I seem to have misplaced my little camera :( :( :(

I needed to know that Saturday before getting there on Sunday. Sorry, Ivan!

That was actually "Classic Musical Instruments" in Hall E:

I am sure I that I went by there, but they did not stand out, else I would have taken a picture of them ... or did I, and we just have missed it in all my pictures? :?
ajish4 wrote:Hey Namm attendees,

Did you get any Freebies?

Any goodies for us mooches?
I'll take some separate pictures of the "swag" I got ... it wasn't as much as one might think!

I will probably post my Sunday pictures Monday night.

When we wee there in 2010, the Höfner booth did stand out and was difficult to pass by in the "basement" Hall E. There was a Macca impersonator there doing his thing.

RE; the CB binding, i am not at all up on whether RIC has been using cb binding on their guitars for any recent issues,so it may be that seeing the new guitar with it was nothing to be surprised about (?) i just thought that cb binding had not been available since the 70's,so i posted that. if it is something the company is doing on guitars,i would think it should at least be offered as an option on a 4003,as it would pretty much be the last major styling cue left undone to return to the classic late 60's/early 70's look. With the fwi's,2-tone headstock, thinner 2 piece necks, and fabulous fireglo shadings we have seen in the last few years,cb binding would complete the look.

(i might even consider getting one! )

ps and thanks to everyone who posted the NAMM pics !
