Hey, I just noticed that you also have a Couch strap! I love those things! The 4001c64 (was that Gary's?) also had one.

I had a really great time Saturday. I didn't end up arriving until after 4 - went into the "quiet" room and saw a bunch of basses, hoped that some might be Gareth's but alas it wasn't to be. But Woody and Joey had some on stands - I brought in my rig and set it up in there to compare them. Next time we should record them! I didn't even think of that until just now...

Only took one picture, with my iPhone, it's not very good but I'm going to post it anyway so I can get my '76 Autumnglo in with Woody's 4000 and Joey's 4001S:

I don't get to play with other people much, so thanks for the chance to jam! I really enjoyed playing with studio-owner Tom on drums - I had no idea who he was until I broke the bass drum pedal...

Well I just got back to Orange County and it was great seeing all of these pictures and comments! Long drive but well worth it.

As has been said before, a special thanks to Kira for putting the whole thing together and to Paul W. and his family for hosting us all for the brunch and behind the scenes tour of Guitar Heaven.

I had a GREAT time and enjoyed meeting the NoCal (and Oregon) Forumites. The bands were great, the Jams were fun, and the Rics rocked.

It was also a lot of fun to hang out with the SoCal group on an in-State road trip. I wonder how many members we have down in San Diego? :)

Here is a repost of that one photo.
That first posting kinda took on a greenish hue when I used the Red Eye removing function.
This one is unedited.... sorry for the Red Eye.

I still look goofy. Couldn't you take a few years off me while you were at it?

+1 on those sentiments ! :D
Ditto that!

Joey, Diane, and I didn't get out of San Rafael until 12:45 pm. Spoke with Dan while both of our parties were on the road. We took the long way home on the 101; went over the Golden Gate Bridge, and saw a lot of cool sights on the way home! :D
