That's a great photo of a great collection. But I have to say...it always makes me cringe to see a nice Rickenbacker placed on an abrasive surface like that brick patio. Hopefully theres a small mat under it!

Hey!...Is that a frogfoot headstock I see in the center of the photo?

Yup, it's a 4005/8.

The 4005 third from the right is a 4005WB. Notice how little burst there is in the finish. That in its self is quite unique in addition to the double binding.

Ken,

No John's RIC doubleneck is not in the photo.

I agree with you about John Slog, from what I remember he was a great guy to deal with. I still have his business card from 12 years ago that he gave me.

I'll post the other photo John sent me of his collection (at the time) which includes a number of Fender's, Gibson's and Ric's of course.

For those of you asking for a large copy of the photo above, check your email. I'll be sending it out shortly.

I've sent one to everyone who's asked (I think).
Email me if I haven't.

Here's the other photo that John Slog sent me of his collection that I mentioned above. Sorry for the small size but I can't do anything about that. The file size restriction on the site forces the image down to this size.

There are 20 basses in this photo. The 12 Ric's pictured above are in this photo.
