I'm running out of bands that I knew were from Liverpool.

Freddie and the Dreamers were from Manchester but could pass for Liverpudlians in a pinch

Was it them?

Strictly a lucky guess, Roy. They were the only other band from Liverpool I could think of who had success in the UK and barely a taste of it here in the States. It was'64 when they charted a song here, right? Can't recall the title.
