Also, what's with the Emperor taking pictures of the Rics posed on rocks at the beach? Wouldn't the rocks scrape the finish? I don't want a bass that's been sitting in the grass outside and leaning against boulders in the sand. I imagine it would be really scratched and dinged.

Thats a good point Robert. Seeing it in the sand makes me cringe.

Fender did an ad back in the 60's that showed instruments stuck in sand on a beach (like surf boards). That never sat well with me.
