Dave, thanks for posting those cool pics!

Many, many thanks go out to Don Cooksey, John Simmons and John Williams for putting on a fantastic event!

I had a blast with all the attendees. There wasn't really too much jamming, per se (where have I heard those words?), but lots of great playing individually, anyway. John Wiiliams alone brought 22 instruments! It was wonderful having an "official" RIC presence with Kenny Howes there, great guy who REALLY wants someone to fill in that open customer service position at RIC, John Hall is going broke with Kenny's overtime! To see some of the extremely rare instruments and get to play them was a dream come true to most of us, instruments such as the one-off 12 string with that unique headstock that used banjo tuning keys along with the standard keys, the Banjoline, 4002, Lemmy, six different 4005s, the 850 Combos, 360F, etc. Just amazing.

If only Ted and his "posse" could've been there.....we definitely missed your presence! My 4002 needed a buddy to play with....

My two favorites out of a sea of great basses....lots of nice looking guitars but I know nothing about them so I can only judge the 4001's, 4002, 4003's, 4004's and 4005's. Image

Hey, if you guys are still there, I think I forgot my vox floor box.

I hope the wedding party next store isn't using it.

Brian, can you go down and look for Dave's VFB, I am in bed already! I think the folks at the wedding party have no idea what that is!
