Does anyone have anything on how Paul met up with Jason Falkner?

I read somewhere that Jason was one of the L.A. players Godrich recommended while recording there. It's a natural connection given how obviosuly Jason is influenced by the Beatles. On Jason'ssite, hesays he worked up courage to give Paul a copy of his "Bedtime with the Beatles" and that Paul said he liked it.

I didn't like "English Tea" either very much at first, until I realized that it's Paul being tongue in cheek. I mean, come on! "Very twee/very me"? It almost sounds like the Rutles! Paul was just having fun with that one.
BTW - there are no less than FIVE non-album songs from these sessions available. Two are on the "Fine Line" CD single, two are on the "Jenny Wren" CD single, and the fifth is a Japanese-only bonus track on the album. All are good and worth picking up.
Interestingly, the "Fine Line" and "Jenny Wren" singles have each been issued with the A-side plus one bonus track, as well as the A-side plus TWO bonus tracks (2 songs vs. 3 songs). I believe the 2-song versions were issued in the UK, whereas the 3-song versions were issued on the continent.
There is also a promo CD (issued to radio stations) with an open-ended interview with Paul, to promote the album. There are several instances where Paul picks up an acoustic guitar and sings unplugged snippets of the songs, to illustrate some points he making about the songs' creation. I was able to buy this promo CD on eBay for $1.56!
