Been doing some "shopping" for a Westchester site. So far, not as inexpensive as I thought it would be.However, I only did this online and have not spoken to anyone live about this yet.

Just to throw out the idea, it might be a little cheaper to do something a little bit more upstate... I'd be happy to look into pricing on venues in my area... I'm about halfway between you and Albany.

Fine by me... I guess you're talking Poughkeepsie or thereabouts...The thing about Westchester that intrigued me(besides being home) is proximity to NYC, NJ, CT etc...

Oh, I hear you Marc... that would certainly be better for alot of people involved, but even burgers at McDonalds cost more down there!!!
I'm in Kingston, and there are a couple of places within a mile or 2 of the Thruway that I could look into, just to get an idea.

You guys know i'm clamoring for a Westchester-area Confluence, being in NYC. But if things fall through, i'm willing to go wherever.

Yeah- if we do Poughkeepsie, we can always wander over to the Orange County CHoppers showroom in the area

Seriously, depending on the head count... We could probably just have it at my house,as long as the attendees are known to me, which you guys responding are. Maybe just do an all day Saturday thing.

Update, chaps. I'll be staying in Toronto on September 11th & 12th, Hamilton on the 13th and Buffalo on the 14th. Nothing planned from then until Monday 18th when I fly to Cleveland from La Guardia.

Not sure what you mean, John. My flight to Cleveland leaves from La Guardia airport on the Monday.
I'd sure like to have a look around Manhattan - guess it depends on if, where and when a confluence might be happening.
