Don: eh... no thanks... as a certain guy says, "why go seek those pleasures on the web when you can get them in real life?!"

The trouble is, Sheena, that they often end up in the real life.

Lets not forget the casualties involved too. When I first got AOL back in the 90s, they were on version 2.0, and people were having fun. Then it got ugly. Older guys going after teenies. Now you have cops posing as teenagers on there. So then I dumped AOL. Chatrooms are cool if everyone is an adult about it and knows how to use it. It's those sour apples that make it rotten.

I see now, Peter... but i truly still cannot understand people "exchanging" husbands/wives whom they lived with for several years, for somebody from the web, who might not even be what they pretend to be...
...and i also know of some people who spend almost all of their time on the Web - even fall asleep using keyboard as a pillow...

So, Peter, you're saying that RAP (Rationalisation After Purchase) is the solution to GAS (Guitar/Gear Acquisition Syndrome)? I thought that FART (Forget About Retirement Totally) was the solution to GAS.
