I think they are affiliated. http://www.crabcooker.com/

I haven't been to a good seafood restaurant in a while either. 20 bucks for an enormous plate of alaskan king crab legs sounds reasonable. Someone told me that Tony's Sea Landing in Tustin was good with reasonable prices also.

If anyone is indeed getting into town early, and there's going to be a bunch of folks going to eat or something, keep me in the loop. Don't think I have a gig or anything that Thursday.

I was hoping to meet up with everyone that is at the hotel that Thursday evening. Dinner would be nice.
If any of the SoCal guys would like to get together before then also, that would be cool with me.

I'm afraid that meeting up (and actually meeting) many of you will have to wait, since I don't get in until about 10pm on Thursday. I assume there will other opportunities for group culinary expeditions?

Not sure what time Paul, myself and co. will be arriving but it will be Thursday. If you're looking for me, check the bar first! Image

My flight is scheduled to arrive around 8pm Thursday and I'm going out my friend's house (in Orange) before checking into the hotel. Therefore, I'll probably run into some of the Forumites as you're returning from dinner or whatever.

Shari and I should be in mid day Wednesday depending on today's latest terrorist issues with airline travel.

Hey Jeff,

I'm due to arrive mid-afternoon Wednesday and Graham Griffiths is coming in later that evening.

Graham said that we should just order whatever drinks we want and charge them to his room whilst we await his arrival! Image

I will be getting in a little after 11AM on Thursday and would be up for a group dinner. Hey, Jeff, maybe we should start walking, it's less than 2 weeks away! :D

Not really anything within easy walking distance from the hotel, but lots of stuff an easy car/cab ride away, especially near the airport..There are some good restaurants about 3-5 minutes away by car,and tons more within 10 minutes..Heck,there's even a wine bar near the airport that has wine tasting on Thursday and Friday evenings, plus there's a Fondue restaurant (The Melting Pot) right next door!Looking forward to meeting all of you,not only at the factory tour, but socially as well.
