Have a safe trip, Darren. It was great to meet you. I tried to call you today but after fifteen minutes talking to an operator I learned I can't make int'l calls. Bummer. I am looking forward to your multi-instrumental contributions to the virtual band. See you soon mate. -J Dog

Hey everyone,
Once again I sit in the club lounge at JFK, reflecting upon the last three weeks of adventure here in the USA. My Capri and 700C have been checked in for the long journey home.
This vacation has been an incredible experience. I've been treated like royalty by forum members Dave Pascoe, John Williams, Bill Yantz and their respective families, and I've made many new friends at the Rickenbacker 75th celebrations.
My heartfelt thanks go out to all of you for making my Dad and I feel so welcome.
To all those party animals in Santa Ana (you know who you are!)....see ya same time, same place in 2007!

Brian, I will put a case of beer in the fridge as soon as I get home, pending your visit!

Hahaha. Any excuse to buy a case is good enough, but I suspect that it won't last that long though mate.
I won't be visiting until next year.

"I've been treated like royalty..."
Ummm, you mean that you're not the King of OZ?! :-0
Darren, we truly enjoyed your Dad and you here in Columbia. A few hours after ya'll left, my son said that "he missed those Australian guys". I told him that I did too. Have a safe trip back!
