Another thing I noticed is that RIC will be taking PayPal for these eBay purchases; I wonder whether that could be an alternative mode for paying for parts/strings/clothing/accessories purchased through the factory boutique?

Whoopee! I just scored on a set of 6 brand-new Schaller Black-Chromed Kluson-style keywinds from the outlet. I've had an '86 620/12MGBT for over 15 years with several "sloppy" tuners and these are an exact match. Thanks RIC. I was told these were no longer available many years ago by both RIC and Schaller. Michael: do you have any pictures of your 620/12? I've never seen these tuners on a guitar and would love to see how they look!
