Best bass collection for playability purposes?

i have a semi-eclectic collection of vintage/new 4stringers,which all sound different enough to want to keep them. in no particular order,a 74 set-neck 4000,an 04 4004cii,68 fender tele,67 epiphone embassy,70's aspen jazz copy,danelectro hodad,ibanez artcore,and last and least an aria sinsunido fretless (lined!) i don't like 5string basses,opting to have one bass set up BEAD,currently the tele.i try a lot of strings as well,to bring out different characteristics.never played the upright,but would like to give it a shot one day...as a novice fl player,i like having the lines,but find i don't have to rely on them that much.
