I agree that a FAQ section is nice to have, but they can also be very frustrating. I have searched on other forums in their FAQ section and either get a bazillion hits, or nothing because I was not specific enough, too specfic, case sensitive, etc.

I agree that this particular subject needs to be displayed prominently, since these discussions tend to break down into a mess after a while, & we go through this so often.

It's quite understandable that people who are unfamiliar with RIC are shocked to learn that some guitar makers do actually protect their trademarks, since it is such an exception in practice.

I think it's a bit myopic to say the FAQ was the only thing good about a.g.r.
