Darren- I remember us discussing the search for certain months of 1973 right around the time you were trading your March. Fortunately there were enough 73's made that collecting consecutive months is even possible, I don't think it would be easy or possible to do that with other checkerboard years, 72, 71, 70, etc.
Now I can concentrate on building a music room addition on the side of my house so I can have a "wall o' 73's" display like Mr. Pascoe's wall of double necks. I'd like to have a place where I can get crazy loud and maybe have some drums to mess around on, I'm planning on around 700 square feet air conditioned. It would also be an unofficial museum of 1973 4001 RIC basses and 4004 experimentation, free admission to forumites of course.
