They're both short scale.

I love dogs. We've disccussed getting one many times, but a variety of reasons prevent us from getting one.
We do have cats, though, and one of them likes to lick the strings when I play. Another likes to sing along when my wife plays piano.

Graham, Rocky is one of the most beautiful dogs I've ever seen.

Greg, at least my 320 doesn't have a Napoleon complex.

Todd (Tripper hates my effects pedals, too! ) and everybody else, thanks for playing. This could be one of the best threads ever.

CJ sorry you lost your favorite. :(

Here's our Portugese Water Dog (yes, we've had him for more than two years) and my 4003FL. I guess I need a camera with green-eye removal!:

Before I post dog photos -- I have the same problem that many of you seem to have experienced, with the dog's eyes glowing brighly as a result of the flash. Any photography expert's advice on how to tone their eyes down to "normal" ? It's not the "red eye" but more blueish, almost white.

Thanks
Rich

Jeffrey might be able to say how to do it in-camera. I use Photoshop myself, but I think the digital cameras all offer some kind of bright-eye protection.

Oh, Jeffrey, wherefore art thou?

Actually, that's the color of our dog's eyes.

I really think that the red-eye setting will do it; dog's eyes just come across differently. But I may be wrong.

Nah, I'm a hack, but you're right about Mark and several other members that I know of. I only know a couple of tricks.

Wow, two of my favorite topics! Saddening though, as my 4 year old female boxer Zodie passed away on Mother's Day, after a 5 month battle against anemia. She went through alot with hospitalization, blood transfusions, LOTS of medication but the poor girl just couldn't beat it.

RIP Zodie
