I have a personal articles rider with our Travelers homeowners policy to cover my kids' instruments and my instruments. I recently had a claim on my younger daughter's violin (the violin cost as much as 3 to 5 new Ricks). Travelers claims people were very prompt, fair, and polite in getting the damage fixed by a luthier of our choice. I am very happy with their service. For what it is worth . . .
