Indeed. Smoke free for 10 days or so.

I will admit to wanting a smoke here and there.

It's mainly in the evening, though, and lasts about 2 minutes now.

Last week, I did probably gain a lb or two due to my eating more when I normally eat. I didn't eat more often, just more when I did eat. I ate like I did when I was a teenager--which my younger brother tried to emulate and ended up gaining a hundred extra pounds until he shed it off.

I don't really think about smoking anymore though, other than in those few 2 minute intervals that I get in the evening. Those will subside in the next week or so, I'm sure. :)

Glad to hear you're doing well too. :D :D :D    :D

It is for me personally, once my mind is made up. I really don't have any craving at all. If I had any mixed emotions about it I wouldn't be able to quit, but once I'm resolved it's through and done.

I have that with old lovers too

Can I take a guess, and say with all that extra cash you might find one under the tree at Christmas.

Stan,

don't be scared, you can do it. Giving up is easy, I used to stop smoking three or four times a week !!!! Before I got serious about it, that is !!!!

Oh, how I have tried. Started in 1979, quit in 1987 through 1989; then started up again (loss of a good woman!). Steady since 1989. I am so stupid, I cannot tell you. Determined to knock this.
