IF I NEEDED SOMEONE (BASS) I though of posting this, but it's another AWFUL track pull. However, you ask, I will comply. It is @#$% though.

Well, bass and guitar, but what I'm also interested in is the oft-made statement that it was both Paul and John horsing around at the end. I hear 95% John there, and I'm wondering if a vocal track with the crazy bits at the end might aid in hearing who did what there.
Thanks again, RIchard!

very interesting but the bass track in "She's So Heavy" sounds so muddy? I can hardly detect some notes, any way to clean it up?

IN MY LIFE (PIANO) This is George Martin's piano solo. SLOWED down to the way in was actually played (50%). Before it was sped up. My personal fav of the day.

Nothing on this? I thought it'd be a hit for sure?

I think it's fantastic! Who would've thought we'd EVER get to hear it this way?

I agree, it's an amazing glimpse into their recording process. It almost sounds like a completely different solo slowed down.
I especially enjoyed the descending arpeggio at the end, it has a completely different timing/rhythmic feel to it when listened to at a slower speed. I wonder how long it took Martin to compose and record? 20 minutes? Talented guy and the 5th Beatle for sure.
And....if you are still taking requests, I'd love to hear what you can distill from "I'm Looking Through You" off of Rubber Soul.

Good on you for doing this Richard! It would be nice if they could all be indexed on a cover page (give me an inch and I'll take a mile!)
Here are my requests:
Bass tracks from
Drive My Car and
Helter Skelter.
Grazie!
