I recommended the The Strange Vice of Mrs Wardh, All the Colors of the Dark, and The Case of the Bloody Iris as three of her movies to start out with. She is amazing, and my favorite Giallo actress(alongside Carroll Baker).

Is John Hall aware of this guitar? Zachary has also produced two more guitars in the 480 body style, and if you read the article for the R480SP, he is planning to build more. Someone needs to contact Mr. Hall about this ASAP.

I would be very surprized indeed if he has not been contacted by Ric lawyers. This specimen is not likely to be intimidated by any legal action though. Not smart enough.

I don't think Rickenbacker cares about this guy, he's such a joke... I mean he wants to see a video of your playing before he will even consider putting you on the list for a build, how can you take something like that seriously?

I totally agree with you that the guy is a joke. However, be that as is may, he is still infringing on Rickenbacker trademarks by using one of their body styles to build some of his guitars. I am far from a legal expert, but If Rick's lawyers can shut down an eBay auction that simply lists a Rick knock-off, then I would think they should be able to go after a guy who builds them.egosheep wrote:I don't think Rickenbacker cares about this guy, he's such a joke...
