Just tuning in...

SURPRISE! (to me) One of mine made the cover, and I didn't even know it was submitted!

I forgot that you took those pics, Paul B! I saw the photo and thought: "That looks just like mine! I know there are similar S-8's out there...but I wonder if someone photo-shopped a shot of my headstock onto that background." Then I dismissed the thought!

I took the December shot last year.

Nice job, Paul W!

The photo is a good example of serendipity! Although not the clearest of the bunch, the lighting is beautiful.

And, I tweaked it in Photoshop to make the most of the data available.

Nice job on the calendar Paul. All great selections. I can't wait to hang it in the office. 8)

Can I now claim that I'm a published photographer?

That's a nice pic, Melissa. That really is a pretty guitar. ( though I don't think it would be suited for most of us. )

Doesn't stop me! :)

I always hang these at work and everyone is always over-the-top impressed.

Ummm... Except for September. Which is a totally black page with a strip of reddish along the top...
Must be a printing error...

Nope, just reddish. As in somewhat red. I suppose I should have typed "reddish color"...

My September is messed up too. Same black page with a little strip of color. Sound like it is more than an isolated printing error.

I submitted a ticket to their Customer Service:
http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/help/contact.aspx

We'll see how their 100% satisfaction guarantee works out. I'd suggest that everyone check their September page and if it too is messed up, submit a request. Maybe they'll at least get it fixed before sending out a bunch of messed up calendars...

They've already contacted me and a replacement is ordered and will be with me in a very short time - 100% working out fine with me so far. :D
