86kubicki wrote: John, does that mean that this version of "Sea Green" is not the same as the 2000 COY? From the pictures on POTR's site, it appears to be a lighter shade. If that's the case is the new colour officially being referred to as "Sea Green" or does it have a different name?
We have no official name for it other than "special green" and won't put a name to it. It's similar to but not the same as Sea Green- which would be impossible to replicate exactly anyway.

Congrats Ange!

I was just talking to Chris the other day. I was eyeballing the 4004CII FG he had on his page. That was one sweet looking bass!

I have to wait for the new neck profile to come out on the 4004 basses. The back order time will give me time to get the monies in order.

I'm surprised you gave up the V63!

Play that bass for all it's worth!

I just received an email saying he has a yellow and/or white available. If I could sell something now I'd grab one. Love to see the yellow or white. Damn.

!!!!!!!!!!
Those will be real peaches
Could do with slipping an aluminium tail on one or two...(UK only mind)
How about it Mr. Hall?

There was mention of a custom shop earlier and I said a custom shop bass would be very pricey on an earlier thread....
Has anyone seen the price of the new Gretsch Custom Shop George Harrison guitar?

£15 grand!
Sounds about right though when you consider the work that has to go into a piece like that.
