I have always loved the look of the Rickenbacker 4001/4003, from when I first started playing back in 1987. Fast forward to August 1998 & my Girlfriend bought me a second hand '92 Fireglo 4003 for £650. This has been my only Ric bass to date but I'm glad that at least I own one
