Try taping it to the top of your dashboard for a loooong time. The greenhouse effect in this summer heat should do some damage.

The best way to age a new white plastic switch bat is with an acetylene torch. Place the bat into a clean cereal bowl. Wearing safety goggles, adjust the flame to about 2 inches in length, and hold it against the switch bat for 25 minutes. Then IMMEDIATELY remove the flame (you don't want to damage the bat), and place the bat in a jar of dill pickles. Then, call a relative who lives out of state, and discuss ways to balance your checkbook for exactly 18 minutes. Finally, remove the switch bat from the pickle jar; it should be a nice vintage cream color.

Well to date we have tried coffee, oil, sulphur, intense ultraviolet radiation (the equivalent of many years exposure) iodine, and even scortching. I am convinced that the original toggle switch "bats" were orange coloured from the start. I am off to the paint shop, I guess.
