Peter, I have tried going to Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Privacy Tab, Sites and listed this website address...
http://www.njh.ca/~mccorp/cgi-bin/discus/discus.cgi
as allowable, but it did not work. Am I doing something wrong? Help, this is frustrating!

Ron: Another way to get a fresh start on this is to make another browser your default browser and then switch back to Internet Explorer enabling cookies for forum.rickresource.com. Try Firefox as a new browser in this process, you may be surprised.

Ron, Peter suggested clearing all cookies. Try that by going to tools, internet options, and on the general tab click delete cookies. After you delete cookies, close your browser, and open it back up again. If you still don't have the flags make sure you still have this forum set to allow cookies. Good Luck

Bob/Peter, I'm sorry to say it still did not work!! Was the website address I posted above the right one? This is nerve wracking! I guess I was spoiled before.

One thing I have noticed.

If anyone out there uses "Spybot" spyware, I've noticed that it seems to take away the flag arrows when I run the program.

May just be the way my security system is set up on my PC, but may be something to check out.?.??

I have Skybot as well but you can selectively delete cookies. Which cookie does this Rick Forum plant so I can be sure not to delete it?

This worked for Ron. It should work for anybody else that is still having problems.

Try this step for step.
In your browser go to tools, internet options, privacy, advance, make sure override auto cookie handling is checked.
Below that make sure you have checked accept for first party and third party cookies.
Click OK, on the bottom of the privacy page click on edit. Where it says address of web site type in http://www.forum.rickresource.com/ after you type that in click allow. This should add http://www.forum.rickresource.com/ into the managed web sites location and it should say always allow, click OK.
Next, click on the security tab, custom level, click on the drop down arrow and select medium, next click reset, and OK.
After that click on trusted sites above, and click custom level, make sure that says low, and click reset, OK.
