That is what I suspected for a long time: Once only money rules for Ricks, we gonna have quite a few "dirty deals". Pity for this community! Hope we still can make a difference.

If the bass is paid in full already, I have a feeling some legal threats and a call from a certain CEO may be in order!

He would probably do this favour and intercede if the dealer isn't an important customer for the business?

When stuff like this was brought up before the position was that it's a dealer issue and they can do what they want....RIC stays out of it. The dealers are RIC's customers, not us, so we are somewhat on our own.

Yes, definitely a dealer issue, but as I'm a lawyer I shall be "taking steps" to secure things. I should stress it's not a Rosetti/Ric thing at all. Scott, you must have been listening to my phone call....

Best of luck Philip. I wonder how they'd react if they knew you were a lawyer?

Just got off the 'phone to my dealer (that just sounds so wrong). No sign of any 4003DCMs yet.

Jon,
If you THINK about, it's not too far off the mark!
They sell you things that are ADDICTING, they can get you in trouble (especially if you are married)
some of us are hooked, etc, etc...
Anyone get one delivered today?

Just checked with Northcoast, and it's no joy. So I'll be going to the MARC without the DCM. Just watch, it will come in tomorrow, and I'll be in Indiana. Drat!

OK, add another 4003DCM to the list! I just opened the lid on my 4003DCM, SN 07-11485
How do you figure out which one of the 59 (60? 75?) that it is? Nothing on it or on the warranty card says "number xx out of 75". The only thing that sets it apart is the label on the warranty card itself (which will get sent back to RIC leaving me with nothing)
The label says "Model: 4003DCM 75TH SPEC EDITIO" and "RIC SKU: 99015" and then the production date Yr: 07 Mth: 3.
Don't these come with a special provenance certificate or something that we get to keep?
