July '55. Oh, maybe you meant the bass. April '72. Thanks, and the beauty isn't just skin deep - look closely and you'll see that I installed an HB-1. Here's a better pic with more details visible: HB-1 pickup, aluminum hipshot, and clear with white back-paint guard from Pickguardian - no tug bar, thank you. Pretty simple instrument, but it is quite comfortable to play, stylish, and sounds killer !!

No tug bar? What about those occasions when you wanna go full retro with your playing style?
Sweet! Although i prefer to keep my pickup cover on,i do think one of those snazzy chrome bezels would really complete this bass!
