Unevenness in the area of C on the E string causing a "hot spot" buzz. I recently had it adjusted but ended up with the problem only partially resolved and at the price of higher than desired action. I'm going to put it back to John Hall's suggested specs then deal with it when funds are more readily available. It's really pretty minor and the bass is still loads of fun to play.
By the way, my dream RIC fretless was the one that got away. A 4000 in Jetglo in a music store in downtown LA. At the time I simply didn't realize what a good deal it actually was. I say this because the musical example you posted was on just the treble pickup and I've always admired the single pickup models.

If our brother Woody is gonna post his pic with the 4000, maybe I should follow suit . . .
This late 70's JG belonged to the music director of a band which employed me for almost ten years, and is the reason why I love the model 4000.
Picture only fourteen years old !!

Jeff, EVERYONE had more hair at 14 than I did !! And what is left is growing south, not north. This pic (with Woody's bass) was taken last fall at the Geezerpalooza festival in Denton.

?
Saw Steeleye Span with the Strawbs back in '71 or '72 I think. Great show by both bands. Lemon Pie was always one of my favorite Strawb tunes and Maddy had a magical voice.
It is a shame so many great musical bands have been largely forgotten.
