I realize this is a Rick Forum and I do not have enough Ricks. Eventually I will probably get two more when the time is right. In the meantime I splurged and got a short scale T-bird. It sounds great and is very easy to play. It is a great addition.

I don't have a Gibson but I did get an Epi Pro IV. very nice bass for the money and it's head and shoulders above the standard Epi bolt on. fit and finish are excellent. I did have some issues with the pickups but Gibson took care of it under warranty. well worth the extra money compared to the standard model.
