It has a definite meaning but I'm not saying.
Anyway, I like the guesses- "Circa" and "Collectable" or "Collection" or "Collector" would be as good as anything. Early on it was proposed as something in the "Collectors" realm but later on acquired its real name.

Hmmm. Quite a different tack you and I are taking, here. Now that I think about it, the line was announced during a time when there were some fairly vociferous people online complaining, whining, and moaning about the fact that the V series wasn't entirely accurate to original specs. Maybe the series is dedicated to those who "C"omplain.

Nah. Look a page or so back. John Hall said it does stand for something, but he's not saying what.
