I'm not sure I can reduce the file size w/o reducing the pic size. Not the greatest but here goes...

Yeah, been a Strat player (is that blasphemous here?) forever but I always wanted a Ric and like most things I purchase, from the time I decided it was time, about 4 days went by! I later found out how lucky I was given waiting times for new and all.

Sheena, That's It! It's now lounging around on MY couch! He was new to the forum and I was a little...ok, a lot reluctant to send him money but I did anyway and Randy was a Prince. I had it sent Next Day Air (so to keep the handling to a minimum) and it all went extremely well.

I told Randy to tell his mother today that I said she raised a good boy.

I looked at what you own. Is that what I have to look forward to - a life of seeking, yearning and acquiring Rics?

I'm afraid so Dave...it is a bit of an obsession around here & there really is no cure, so don't try to fight it....Image

So, this is probably a very rudimentary question for your veterans but would someone like to explain the theory behind the dual tone controls for bass and treble on a 330? And while I'm (you're) at it, the smaller knob in the rear. I mean, it's obvious what is happening when I adjust them while playing but there must be some correlation to a specific pickup, etc.

Dual tone controls.....why not, there are two pickups, why not a tone for each?

As for the mysterious blend control, if you go here, all will be explained!

Welcome, Dave!
A perfect choice for starting a Rick collection! I've got three myself, but really could make use of 3 more...then of course there are 8 string basses to consider, then...
You see how it goes? All innocent enough at first.

I now know what everyone is saying. I saw a blue 360, I believe it was, in another forum and want one bad. This isn't a forum, it's a support group for the satifaction-challenged, disguised as a guitar forum!

Or - that's a group that can make an addict of a regular guitar sound fan...Image

I only have four. Must be something wrong with me too. Welcome Dave. Enjoy your near new 330. You got a great deal on that one.
