I have a few years of being happily married on you Tony, but you both have my admiration for staying the course. This year was the celebration of 36 years of marriage for my wife and I. We met three years before that auspicious occasion.

She is my best friend. I think that I could write volumes on the secret to a womans heart but...that would spoil the fun of finding the right one now wouldn't it?

It is 36 years Sheena. I had a couple of typos (that being one) in my first attempt at posting and you must have posted as I was fixing it up.

By the way you have a great memory.

Sorry. Anyway, i haven't even been alive for that many years! Image
All in all, i think it's great when "the other half" is the best friend at the same time. So, Nate - i think you're on the right way. Image
Great memory - me? Nope. But i do remember things about good people. Image

Ok, I didn't pour my heart out, but she had a good time. Plus I don't like to think about doing the arm around the shoulder at the movies thing. It's too cleche. I refuse to do it. But we're goin to another movie on Saturday. Yeah, I spend some money, but these are movies I wanna see too!

There were a couple other friends with us today too. But it'll be just us on saturday.

When ever I go to pick her up her mom talks to me. I guess she's seeing what kind of person I am and if I'm good/bad for her daughter.

Yeah, I think I'll get enough guts to do something on saturday. I mean I have taken her places and hung out with her like 4 times now.

I used "You love it!" a lot today and I got a bunch of "Maybe"s and "I don't know"s.

She also jokingly said that I scare her. My response was "Why do you hang out with me then?" She said "I don't know" and smiled. So I'm on the right track.

Good luck Nate.

Sounds like you are having fun while you are pursuing happiness.

Hey Nate, here's future wife #3 from Liverpool. Remember that I told you that she likes Rush? Well, she likes the grace/pressure through presto stuff and I prefer the fly by night through signals period, so sometimes that can be a struggle. And you think you got girl problems?

Honey, can we listen to "The Pass" again? Image
Hey, don't feel bad, my ex was addicted to Dave Matthews Band.

Steve, don't rag "The Pass" that's like my favorite song. Image

She's cute! But c'mon, least you got the girl! And at least she likes Rush!

I love it too, I play it every time I tune up! I just thought of it as an example of the era after Signals. I guess if I have to listen to that era of Rush, it's better than being bombarded by a Creed fan. (ducking).

I agree. Creed are way too preachy for me.

Good job, Nate! Image
And Mark - sorry, couldn't resist - you seem to look younger now than you did back in 1979! Image
