Joey, Graham and I promised each other that we would have lunch together at ******* WEEKS before we landed in LA. Image And no, it had absolutely nothing to do with the food! Image

Looking forward to that John, yes keep me posted, maybe some other SoCal forumites would also like to get together with you.

Darren, I would have gladly joined you and Graham, at *******...not for the food of course! Image

Going out for late night food? Bah. Too cheap. I'd rather stay home, make cajun Catfish and Oyster Stew over rice, and wash it down with a Bass.

The Ale, not the fish... Image
What do you mean the Bass is too loud???

"and wash it down with a Bass."

Glad you clarified - I was thinking a 4001/3. Kinda woody tasting..... :D

Well, After that first Bass twas onto the Guinness when I realized some lush drank all the Bass (hic)...

Variety is truly the spice of life (that and garlic) but now that I'm married I drink alot of different beer... cheaper than divorce court.

It must be said, however, between Cajun Stew and fine U.K. libations I really feel for anyone within 20 yards of me tomorrow...

John... don't mind a woody flavor. Ever had a nice hickory-smoked Gouda? Which reminds me...

Or smoked salmon, oysters, ribs, or cigar!
