I'm down ... and may be out. I slipped this past week while out shoveling the *$%**&@ ice and snow here in St Louis and yesterday the doc said that it appears to be a herniated disc. I've had this problem before and will get an MRI this week. Worst case scenario isn't an operation, it's that I may have to miss SERF 
. I'll know more Thursday.
