Weller & Foxton reunion tour matching models

Har! Good One! I always thought Weller should upgrade to a deluxe model.

Well, you are hanging with the bottom dweller's here Eric...

That was my reaction - this IS the bass forum and we're all looking at the long neck instruments.

Some really sexy shots here. Thanks for the link. I just can't believe the misinformation that gets spread about Ric sometimes, when I visit other fora. Just from looking at some of these shots you know they've gotta be doing something right! Yowza...

Is BlueBoy mint in colour?

It sort of is. It's a very very light blue color. Very cool looking guitars.

I think it was supposed to be a baby blue.
RIC's conversion varnish has a habit of yellowing though, especially on some of the opaque finish colors which results in White turning yellow, Silver turning greenish, Jetglo turning greenish, Blueboy turning greenish etc.

Some yellow more than others; we're talking a number of different CV blends here, I'd guess.

On my monitor it looks baby blue, not mint green.

I'm assuming these pictures were taken under fluorescent light which tend to impart a greenish shift to the color balance. Then there's the notion that everybody's monitors are different. Conveying precise color images on a computer is always a bear.

Beat me to it, Kira! I was all set to suggest this when I read all the posts and see you covered it.

I just played with that image a bit in PS and the instrument in question still seem minty to me.
