Congratulations! :)

Thanks Bert. Without wishing to derail the thread I'm actually really worried about what it's going to be like and I couldn't really afford it (although I paid way less then the asking price; still, the import duty will more than rectify that!). Of course I also can't really play it at the moment due to the tendonitis. But you know how Azure GAS is ...

OK, I finally got a coloured scan of Pete Agnew's FG Rick:

And it has the same mark on top of the finger rest as the one on the wall

...and on the upper horn there is a kind of "dog foot imprint" on all three pics (slightly visable above Roger's head), the "missing link"! :D

So the Fireglo one is a '72 or '73; shedua "skunk" stripe with full-width inlays.

Seeing all these vintage pics and videos of Roger Glover has left me with one nagging conclusion...Do we have him to blame for the mullet??

Yeah, right here in Milwaukee. That was several years ago, I want to say 2004?

Thanks for posting that!

It's amazing the expert craftsman and artisans ferreted away in the least likely of places. I get asked that a lot, 'Why Appleton'? Well, you gotta live somewhere!

I'm not sure about the timing, but there have been a good number of posts about Glover's mods and possible restoration in this thread and others, and I'd never come across the website I linked to. So, it seemed like the "latest" to me! Seven years behind the times? Looks like I'm catching up...
