Assistance in locating my 4005

Yeah, me, too. I'm pretty sure there have been personal and family problems that he would not want to discuss. I think he is well meaning but probably has coping problems. He may have made mistakes on JM's bass that he doesn't want to reveal or admit, and hasn't found the solution or the time to fix them. I don't think he has stolen or sold the instrument. I think this whole episode(s) is a dark cloud over his head and he doesn't know what to do about it. The simple solution of just packing it up as is and sending it to JM somehow escapes him. This is assuming he still has the bass as I suspect. But I'm so removed from him now that I may not have a good read on the situation at all. Only theories, no solutions.
