In the mid-50's each major record company had a few megastars that they were trying to promote.

Name at least one, of the biggest stars signed to each of these record labels RCA, Decca and Capitol during that period.

RCA: Elvis Presley
Capitol: Fats Domino
Decca: Buddy Holly

Three out of three. There are other artists just as famous not mentioned so far.

Can't beat Elvis for RCA - how about Bill Haley and the Comets for Decca and Frank Sinatra for Capitol (though hardly rock and roll)?

A superb album with a one of the most iconic album covers ever produced (and often copied/imitated)
