I think Elys has hit the nail on the head, CME is banking on the fact that the average customer would in all probability walk away fuming, but do nothing to follow up.

I've never heard anything good about Scott Silver. The best thing we can do is just spread the word. Don't buy from CME! His prices suck anyway.

The package sat in a wharehouse down in LA all weekend, and then sat in the back of the UPS truck from 5am this morning, the temperature here today has been in the mid to upper 90's for most of the day.

I'm going to let the package sit overnight before I open it, at that point I'll see how warm the actual case is before I open that.

I'm guessing the weird outer box came from Parkway Music.

Any further word on the CME fiasco? Did any one get a DCM from them?

Jim, pull it out of both boxes and leave it to acclimate in the case. 4-6 hours will take care of it.

If you wrap yourself around it, it may warm up a little quicker. Just make sure that you are alone...

The problem is it's maybe too warm, having sat in the California heat for three days I want to be sure that the difference between the internal and external temperatures are not too drastic, in addition the humidity is about 12% today.
