Dan, that's a Strat-wannabe shredder Ibanez that's behind the Shadow (I can't remember the model off the top of my head).

Just noticed the headstock looks like it is reversed as compared to a Fender..

Gary, do you put on zebra-print spandex and practice sweep arpeggios on that Ibanez?

Gary,

Very nice 350SH. That's my ultimate pick in a Rickenbacker guitar. You are very fortunate to own one. If you ever......... well you know what I was gonna say Image

Here's that Jetglo '02 4003 that I held briefly, selling to Phillip Haannart in the Netherlands. I got a Pickgaurdian guard and treble cover and painted white on the edges of them and a black TRC from my Laredo.

Time to change again. Probably won't get a lot on this one as they're still being made: Amber Fireglo, 2006 Color of the Year. So, for the week of 4 May to 10 May, post photos of your Amber Fireglo Ricks!

My 370/12RM is nicely ambered, too, but I won't post a picture of it during AFG week. Oh well, another week to sit back and watch ...

The 2006 AFG can't even come close to the real thing of the originally aged FG from the 70ies where the shding is much softer. The new 2006 AFG seems to have the same sharp shading as the standard nowadays FG, only the center and the binding is yellowed, looks better than nowadays simple FG of course, but NOTHING CAN BEAT THE LOOK (sound and feel) OF AN EARLY '73 4001FG!
I JUST LOVE IT! THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FINISH OF ALL! If I only had one. Image
However this one will be converted by Paul hopefully soon, as it deserves it!

Can you see the skunk stripe? No AFG will ever have that! Image

Wow, what a gorgeous bass. I love the wood grain on the back of that one....

Here is a picture of my AFG model 1996 posing with my naturally ambered 1967 365.
